Payment
All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (This can be changed with our language and currency changes), including VAT and delivery costs.
Offgridconnection accepts various online payment methods (See at the bottom of the website which payment options we have)
The payment for the order will be deducted from your account when you order your goods. This is done because all goods are made to order, and our suppliers often want an advance payment (especially for campervan modules and roof tents, as a guarantee must be provided before they send the goods to you).
We have done this with quite a few orders now and it has never been a problem. And if you want your money back, you always have the option to cancel your order (before the item has been shipped) and get your money refunded.
We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.

According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right to complain about products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be notified to us within a "reasonable time" after receipt of the goods. Here, one month (30 days) is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.
Offgridconnection covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent on cash on delivery.

Personal data policy
When you buy an item and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which they were collected.
We use third parties to process some of our information, among other things in our freight handling, which was not developed by offgridconnection. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
