Delivery

Delivery is FREE on all orders for customers within the EU. We don't want to mess around with fine print and extra fees; we prefer things to be simple and easy.

Delivery Time:

The delivery time for products varies from 4-10 business days, and some products may take 2-8 weeks, as they need to be produced and specified for the individual customer (e.g., campervan modules). Read more under "When purchasing campervan modules".

We always strive to ship your products as quickly as we can. Once we receive your order, we process it as soon as possible (within 2-4 business days) and send the order to you.

All items on the website are Special Order items and are ordered from an external supplier.

When Purchasing Campervan Modules:

Always ensure that you have ordered the correct product and that the dimensions of the ordered campervan module match the minimum measured dimensions in your car/van.
It is not our responsibility for you to order the correct product, although we are, of course, helpful with assistance and information.
When ordering a Campervan Module, always state the car brand, car model, and license plate number. This way, we might be able to help detect any errors before the order is shipped.

The delivery time for our campervan modules varies from 2 to 8 weeks. This delivery time differs from the rest of our products because the manufacturer or supplier often produces the product only after an order is placed. This is due to the fact that all cars have different measurements, and the manufacturer wants to ensure that you receive a product that fits your car perfectly.

Some of our products are designed to fit most cars, which may result in a faster delivery time, but this varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and ready for immediate delivery. If your item is backordered or out of stock, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email to see if alternative arrangements can be made. If your items are available for immediate delivery (within 3-7 business days), we will process the payment and begin preparing your order for shipment.

Order Delivery: If your order is in stock and we process the payment on your credit card, it will be delivered within three business days from the date we receive your order in our system. We will send you a shipping confirmation within 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse, to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order, please feel free to contact us at [email address].

International Orders: Please note that our products are made specifically for the market in Denmark. Contact us at Info@offgridconnection.cor for further dialogue and information regarding international orders.

Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make a note of it upon delivery or refuse to accept the delivery. If you accept delivery, you must immediately take photos with your smartphone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to Business@offgridconnection.com and visit our Returns page to submit your return request online.
